As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible to develop, build and maintain trust with existing and new clients. You will work on obtaining new sales leads, while understanding deepest needs of existing clients and constantly working on understanding their needs and requirements. Your position will include constant collaboration with various divisions inside of your office as well as other office branches to ensure that the clients needs are satisfied in a timely manner according to their preferences. Day to day you will need to handle complains resolve issues faced by company clients and work on obtaining new creative solutions to create long lasting relationship.
Key Account Manager position allows you to grow together with the company and understand company long term strategy, solutions and products. As a person understanding clients needs, you will be part of the team working on new products and solutions. The position allows you to be part of City Exchange program which allows you to work, feel and live one of the cities where our brand is presented.
Requirements: Local language proficiency, Oral and written English proficiency, previous experience as Key Account Manager, or in Real Estate or Hospitality Sales is a significant advantage but not crucial.
