You will be in frontline in handling negotiation, finding new business leads to achieve booking goals. You will need to identify, research and pursue group inbound arrivals from the biggest source markets.

Global Inbound and Group Sales position includes often travelling for work on networking and industry events. You will handle Inbound and Group Sales Team and work on creation, recruitment and supervision of personnel for Sales Offices in the cities where the company operates. Part of your role will be handling and maintaining company’s database of clients emails and phone numbers.
Global Inbound and Group Sales position will include day to day with local teams, Country and City managers on finding new contingents and adopting exiting to needs of group clients. Day to day your responsibilities will include work with  team members from different offices to ensure that quality of delivered services to the group clients is always according to standards as well as handling complaints if it did not meet clients needs.

You will be responsible for handling all group bookings, inquiries and tentative bookings. Furtherly, you will be setting monthly and annual goals as well as creating and identifying strategies to achieve those goals.

Requirements:  Previous Experience in Hospitality Sales is a must. Strong English verbal and oral skills are necessary, knowledge of the one of the local languages is a plus. International experience is a plus.
