The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. You will be frontline of guest communication and daily working on understanding their deepest needs and requirements. Your position will include constant collaboration with team members from different cities and company’s customers. You will be the bridge between two of them and key player in bringing two groups together. Day to day, you will need to handle complains, resolve issues faced by company clients and work on obtaining new creative solutions to create long lasting relationship. Some of your responsibilities will also be identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
